With the new Quick settings tiles, you can toggle the settings that are assigned for that tile and along with this you can also toggle settings which are closely related. They release their first beta for AOSPA 4 on Christmas and after that they released Beta 2 on 13th January. And now they have released AOSPA 4 Beta 3 on this Sunday night. “On-the-spot” preferences dialog saves you from navigating from many layers of settings. Most of the times, we do some settings and forget where that setting was or how to undo that. “On-the-spot” ill allow users to set the option directly from the related functions. If you swipe down the status bar from top right of display screen then it will open a dialog box and prompt you that whether you wish to use Quick settings. It is expected that the “On-the-spot” will include more features in future.
There is Dual tiles in Quick Settings and flipping this title will open additional option. For example, if you flip Bluetooth tile then it will give you options to make it discover able. Currently Location, Bluetooth, Sleep, Data connection, and WiFi are making use of dual mode. You can also configure the immersive mode such that it only hides status bar or navigation bar or both. This can be set as you need. Currently Paranoid Android 4 Beta 3 is available for the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 (both versions), Nexus 10, and Nexus 5.
