The Sony Xperia Z Ultra, has a 6.4 inch full HD capacitive touchscreen. This display is shielded with shatter-proof coating.Sony has also provided Mobile Bravia Engine 2 which gives enhanced contrast and color. On the other hand LG G2 comes with full HD 5.2 inch IPS-LCD display with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. As Sony Xperia Z ultra comes with bigger size and Bravia Engine 2, LG G2 is a bit dominated here but it still packs more PPI than Sony’s Xperia Z

Processor and RAM:

Sony Xperia Z Ultra and LG G2 both have quad core processors. LG G2 comes with the 2.26GHz quad core processor while the Sony Z Ultra comes with 2.2GHz quad core processor, both have similar 2Gb Ram for efficient operations, making it a bit difficult to choose between them based on these specifications.

LG G2 comes with 32 GB built-in storage which is very good but you cannot expand its memory because there is no microSD card slot available in it. On the other side, Z Ultra is having 16 GB internal storage but you can expand the storage upto 64 GB more with microSD card.

The LG G2 and Sony Xperia Z Ultra, both comes with Li-Po 3000 mAh battery which guarantees 8 hr of battery life at least for both competitors taking into account 3g services and all other network intense services are on.

Overall both the phones are evenly matched in terms of performance and overall aspects. Its the screen size that is a major difference maker in this comparison but LG packs in more PPI making the pictures come alive in the truest sense. With Sony’s added feature like water proof and dust proof and premium quality build and amazing camera which Sony is renowned for makes it difficult pick .Do let us know what will be your pick.

The manufactures of karbonn mobile phones are continuing their quest to provide phones in Indian market that give a lot of options for mid-range customers with the launch of the new karbonn s5 titanium we are looking at specs that are decent and get the work done for today needs, with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen giving a resolution of 16 M colors at 220 pixel density with a 5 inch display one of the best budget phones out there additional specs include 1 GB Ram along with a Qualcomm snapdragon MSM8225Q quad core powering the phone at 1.2GHZ a decent Adreno GPU 203 the phone does churn out decent scores on benchmark test conducted by us. We were a bit surprised on how it was able to match some of the heavyweights in certain areas, with an android v 4.1 running out of the box the phones quad core processor run efficiently to make the phone zippy enough for daily usage. the battery is where the phone takes a hit with only a 2000 m AH battery to power the phone frequent charges are required for processor intensive applications for enthusiast mobile gamers it means frequent charging and carrying a charger all the time for it.

Karbonn Titanium S5

The 8 MP pixel autofocus shooter along with a front facing camera gives out decent and above average pictures with some added features like picture modifications one has options to make the most of the shoot the camera takes great still shots and has 720p capabilities while recording which lower than what the competition in the market that it is logging head with.

The stock UI provided by the phone maker makes it easy to navigate with slight modifications done the certain aspects to the menu the phone makes it easy for new and experienced android users to accustom to the phone interface. The phone has 4 GB of internal memory and expendable memory slot the dual SIM capabilities are standard part of this range something that Indian customers look for in a phone. The problem arises as it does not allow applications to be installed on expendable memory cards making it difficult to manage large apps or games that require huge space. A user becomes restricted as they only have 4 GB of space for their applications to reside in. Hope the manufactures can take care of this slight problem.

The phone comes bundled in with in ear headphones giving out an average sound quality but keeping in mind it been a budget phone the sound quality is decent also with sms threaded view MMS, Email, IN accelerometer, proximity sensors and compass along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n which is ideal for any person on the move, with 3G support available on the phone one can be certain that good speeds are available in 3G circles. The added light sensor does aid in screen brightness aiding in improved viewing while been in sunny conditions as well helps improve battery life.

Overall a great buy for budget conscious customer who are looking for an all-round performance on a budget.
