The ever expanding Canvas series of Micromax got its new member recently in the month of September 2014 namely Canvas Nitro A310. This is a richly featured budget Smartphone from Micromax expecting to give best specifications at least price as Micromax has always taken this point in concern. Canvas Knight A350 was released in March 2014 and was welcomed by the world whole heartedly. Both these Smartphoneas belong to the same series as well as same conception behind their development. To finish off your curiosity about buying one among the two, here we will compare these Smartphoneas head on head and most importantly bit by bit so that it will be clear to you that which one should be chosen among these two Smartphoneas.
Display Quality: Canvas Knight flaunts a 5.00 inches capacitive display with resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and pixel density of 443ppi. On the other side Canvas Nitro houses a 5.00 inches IPS LCD display with resolution of 720x1280pixels and pixel density of 294ppi. Clearly Canvas Knight has got the best display quality as compared to canvas nitro but as long as this resolution of Canvas Nitro is considered, it is not too bad though. Oleo phobic coating is also present over the display of Canvas Nitro A310.
Performance: Canvas Knight comes pre-installed with Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean and operates on Octa core MediaTek processor clocked at 2GHz speed. This lightning fast processor is coupled with 2GB RAM to produced speed as well as efficiency at their peak. Canvas Nitro however comes installed with Android v4.4.2 KitKat operating on Octa core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.7Ghz speed and coupled with 2GB RAM. In this case both the Smartphoneas have got good processor configuration but Canvas Knight is slightly faster than Canvas Nitro but it wonat affect much on the performance because 1.7GHz of speed is also better and since good amount of RAM is present in both the cases.
Camera Clarity: This is the most essential segment of comparison where majority of Smartphoneas collide and the results turn the tables so watch it carefully. Canvas Knight houses a 16MP primary camera along with LED flash and 8MP front facing camera for good quality video chat. However Canvas Nitro comprises of 13MP primary camera with LED flash and 5MP front facing camera. Here too Canvas Knight has got better camera configuration than Nitro but Nitro has also got good configuration at its standard.
Storage: Canvas Knight has got 32GB internal storage while as Canvas Nitro has got just 8GB internal storage. However its internal storage can be expanded up to 32GB via SD card.
Network and Connectivity: Both the Smartphoneas support 2G and 3G networks and connectivity modes are Bluetooth, WI-Fi, GPS, etc. As usual no great diversity among the Smartphoneas is seen here as Smartphoneas belong to the same line.
Battery Back Up: Canvas Knight is packed with a 2350mAh non removable Li-ion battery while as Canvas Nitro houses a 2500mAh battery providing 10h of talk time. This would make a difference and obviously good for canvas Nitro.
After taking a look at all the sections above we come to the conclusion that Canvas Knight is better as compared to canvas Nitro in case of display, camera and processing speed but in case of battery backup, Canvas Nitro is better. As majority of goodness is present in Canvas Knight so it will be our winner here but if you love a Smartphone with good specifications as well as good battery you can go for Canvas Nitro too because itas specifications are also good to some extent which can also give you the good Smartphone experience. However if you love every feature at its biggest outline, then Canvas Knight should be your choice.
