Windows Phone 8.1 emulator demo video unveils


From last few days, we got to see many leaked images and features for upcoming Windows Phone 8.1 but it will be more revealing to see video for 8.1 operating system. We would like to tell you that the video is for early emulator build but then also it has many eye catching features that users would like to know about Microsoft’s new mobile Operating System. If you watch Windows Phone 8.1 emulator video then you must have noticed that there is no notification center and Cortana. As it is only a leaked build , these things might be under development and we will get to see all these in final release. They have moved navigation button on screen and so you can customize it the way you want. Navigation button will hide itself whenever you start any app. If you want then you can also set navigation button’s background so that it can match with background. All these settings are shown in video.

Earlier, you have to hit X button to close any running application but now you can simply swipe app and it will be terminated. Whenever you open a new application then that will show you a splash screen. It is same as desktop Windows 8.1 and iOS. Other than this, you can also store application in your memory card. It will save phone memory that normally leads to slow performance when running out of memory. For all the devices that come with low internal storage, it will be very useful.

Windows Phone 8.1 SDK comes with settings for QHD screens (2,560 x 1,600) which will lead to enable super-high dpi. Windows Phone 8.1 comes with Internet Explorer 11 for better performance. Browser also has WebGL support. WebGL is nothing but web-based 3D graphics. There is also some changes in camera interface. It has added Burst shot button.
