Flipkart will be one of the various patterns for launching Moto G in Indian market. There is no other online shopping website names came in highlight and so we are wondering that Flickkart will be only source at start of launch. Motorola wanted to work with Ingram Micro and Redington together for distributing Moto G in brick-and -mortar stores. But for some unknown reasons, this plan failed to come in execution. As there is no dedicated Motorola team in India and that could be the reason for the failure.

It is going to be very interesting to see that how Motorola will tackle the after sales services. Providing customer support and service is more important and hard as compared to promotion and selling product. A good after sales service will make room for their further coming devices. It looks like, Motorola will provide online repair/replacement services. This is very similar to service for Google Nexus devices where users have to put their issues online and their devices are shipped for service.
