If you want to use the Google’s new virtual assistant “Google Assistant” which is exclusively available on Google Pixel and LG G6. And now Marshmallow and Nougat Android phones users can also avail this service for free. Google is recently announced to launch “Google Assistant” for Marshmallow 6.0 and Nougat 7.0 users, you’ll get OTA update via Google Play Services. Here is the Google says about the plan to rollout.

“The Google Assistant will begin rolling out this week to English users in the U.S., followed by English in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, as well as German speakers in Germany. We’ll continue to add more languages over the coming year.”

As we all know that Google is already having it voice search called “Google Now”. But “Google Assistant” is significantly having more improvement over “Google Now”, it can do a lot more things and can control smart devices of your home. It comes with a new interface which Google calls a “Conversational” user interface. Unfortunately, we used Google Assistant but didn’t find much improvement over its previous voice search which can change your daily life. Google Assistant will arrive in many devices like Android wears 2.0, television, set top boxes and even cars.

According to us there will be a good improvement for Google Assistant compatible phones. You can simply activate Google Assistant by just long pressing the Home button instead, no need to find a microphone button on the screen and it breaks your heart on the prompt of “OK Google” when it does something strange or not responds.
