ASUS releases its new Padfone E in “Johnnie Walker” Black


Asus has already released many of the products in this year’s CES but that is not end for them. Asus has launched their new hybrid device which lies between a smartphone and a tablet. It comes with the name PadFone E. Asus PadFone E has appeared on their website recently. PadFone E is available with color option “Johnnie Walker Black” which says something regarding drinking habits. Other than Johnnie Walker Black, Asus PadFone E will also be available in Pearl White color.

Padfone E comes with a tablet display where you can put your smartphone easily and use it as a tablet. Lets take a look at specification of Asus PadFone E. PadFone E is a mid range phone with dual SIM card support. Smartphone comes with 4.7″ HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display (with corning gorilla glass) and tablet comes with 10.1″ (1280 ×720 pixels) display (with corning gorilla glass). It is running Android 4.3 and has 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor supported by 1GB RAM. There is 13 MP camera at rear side and 1.2 MP camera at front side for video calling. Padfone E has 16 GB internal memory that you can expand with its MicroSD card support. Asus Padfone E has 1820 mAh battery and its tablet display comes with 5000mAh battery.

So Asus Padfone E is 2 in 1 device. Asus will start selling Padfone E in Taiwan with price tag of $560. There is no information that when they will release Padfone E in other reasons. A smartphone with a tablet is its highlight feature and will surely attract many customers.
